The Ravine

The Ravine is a development by Vandyk Properties. Releasing in 2023, the project is set to contain detached houses. A closed community offering nearby amenities such as food and shopping minutes away from the location. The primary goal of this project is to deliver a high-end product that will attract well-versed clientele. The importance of both incorporating the surrounding natural elements and an upscale identity is highlighted throughout. The primary use of the refined sans serif type is to bring the importance of elegance and exclusivity throughout the project. Blending together strong use of static and dynamic visuals to help the project stand out.
